Policy Bots don't sleep. And Microsoft's bots are even stricter than Google's. The most common reason for disapproval is not "Illegal Products." It is "Punctuation & Capitalization."
Common Disapproval Reasons
- ALL CAPS: You cannot shout at the user. "BUY NOW" will get banned. Use "Buy Now."
- Exclamation Marks!: You cannot use exclamation marks in the headline. Only in the description (and only one).
- Trademarks: If you use a competitor's name in your copy, you will get flagged.
- Fix: You can bid on their keyword, but don't put their name in your ad text.
How to Appeal
- Go to the Ads tab.
- Hover over the "Disapproved" status bubble.
- Click "Request Exception."
- Write: "This ad complies with policy. Please review manually."
- A human will usually review it within 24 hours.
The "Account Ban" Risk
If you have too many disapproved ads, your entire account gives a "Low Quality" signal. Delete disapproved ads immediately. Do not let them pile up.
Summary
Read the policy. Don't shout. Don't lie. And delete errors fast.
